Timothy W. He represents clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appeal levels.

Before co-founding the firm, Tim was a shareholder at Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & Wein, P.A. in St. Petersburg for 16 years. He has been board certified in Appellate Practice since 2004.
