Probate

At Weber, Crabb & Wein, P.A., we understand how hard it is to lose a loved one. If your loved one designated you as the personal representative or executor in their will contact us to guide you through the probate process.

For estates worth more than $75,000, excluding exempt and homestead property, a personal representative must be appointed. The personal representative is responsible for communicating with the estate’s beneficiaries, providing notice to (and settling debts with) creditors, protecting the decedent’s assets, and ultimately distributing the decedent’s assets to the proper beneficiaries. Opening a probate case in a Florida court requires the assistance of counsel.

If you recently lost a loved one and have concerns about the estate process- do not delay and contact us immediately
