ROBERT L. CHAPMAN
Mr. Chapman represents small businesses and large corporations in complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal court. He regularly handles business, commercial and contract disputes, real estate disputes, trust and estate litigation, and other general commercial litigation matters. He has also assisted numerous clients with real estate transactions, business transactions, including commercial finance, secured lending, and mergers and acquisitions, and regularly handles commercial lending transactions.
Before joining Weber, Crabb & Wein, P.A., he practiced general commercial litigation, real estate and commercial lending law with Bush Ross, P.A. and Sivyer Barlow & Watson, P.A. in Tampa and started his career at Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & Wein in St. Petersburg. Mr. Chapman is actively involved in several community organizations. He currently serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Cristo Rey Tampa High School. Mr. Chapman has also regularly volunteered his time to the First Tee of Tampa Bay, Community Law Program, Roosevelt Elementary Dad’s Club, and also as a Moot Court Coach to law students attending Stetson University College of Law.
