AMBER L. NICOL
Amber L. Nicol is an associate with the firm practicing civil litigation, estate planning and probate.
Amber attended the University of South Florida St. Petersburg where she received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Certificate in Creative Writing. After completing her undergraduate degree, Amber earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
During law school, Amber worked as an environmental legal research assistant to Professor Royal C. Gardner, and a teaching assistant to Professor Rebecca Morgan (Trusts & Estates) and Professor Timothy Kaye (Torts). She studied abroad at the University of Oxford in England during the summer of 2019, and she was a student editor for the Journal of International Wildlife Law & Policy (JIWLP) for four terms. At graduation she received the Victor O. Wehle Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (PFAWL).
Amber is a longtime resident and local musician in Tampa Bay. As a dedicated environmentalist and nature lover, she spends much of her free time volunteering, gardening and paddleboarding.
